Who we are

Calm the Moment ("we", "us") operates the website relationshipanxiety.net, offering guided self-help tools for relationship anxiety. Contact: contact page.

What we collect

Email address: when you sign up for the free tool or our email list.
Purchase information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details; the payment provider handles those under their own privacy policy.
Server logs: our host keeps standard request logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics and ad measurement, only if you accept: if you click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and the Meta Pixel record the pages of this site you visit, that you signed up for the free tool (not your email), clicks on the buy button, and completed purchases (amount and currency only), together with cookie identifiers, your IP address and browser details. We do not send Google or Meta your email address, anything you type, or anything about which tools you use.

How we use it

To deliver the free tool and any products you purchase.
To send you emails you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To improve the website and our tools.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and, only if you accept cookies, Google (analytics) and Meta (ad measurement).

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

When you accept ad cookies, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers for collecting that data on this site and passing it to Meta, under Meta's Controller Addendum. Our lawful basis is your consent. Meta is an independent controller for what it does with the data afterwards, including transfers to the United States, under its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Meta uses it to report how our ads perform and to decide who sees them.

Google Analytics

When you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits, sign-ups and purchases on this site so we can see what works. Google (Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the UK and EEA, Google LLC elsewhere) processes this data for us. Our lawful basis is your consent. Google Analytics does not log or store your IP address; it uses it only briefly to estimate a general location such as the country. Data may be processed in the United States. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click.

Data retention

We keep your email while you remain subscribed or hold an active purchase. Deleted on request.

Cookies

We use no cookies unless you accept them. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (ctm-consent), which is necessary to respect it and holds nothing else. If you accept, these are set:

Withdrawing consent: choose Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and click Decline. We delete _fbp, _fbc and the Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_R6PQ80617P) and stop loading Meta's and Google's scripts straight away. We cannot remove fr, because it belongs to facebook.com. Clear it in your browser settings or in your Facebook ad preferences. Withdrawing does not affect what was sent before.
