When the anxiety hits, calm the moment, not your whole life

Guided tools for relationship anxiety. A calm voice, a breathing visual, a countdown, for the moments you're about to spiral, overthink, or send the text you'll regret.

One tool for each moment

Match the technique to what you're feeling right now

Overwhelmed or panicky

Heart racing, chest tight, close to reacting. A guided breathing reset to help your body settle first.

Emergency Calm

About to text, check, or confront

The urge feels urgent. It isn't. A structured pause that puts twelve minutes between the urge and what you do.

The 12-Minute Pause

Thoughts or images looping

The same scene replaying on repeat. Visualization techniques that loosen the loop's grip.

Memory Fade

Jealousy or comparison spiking

The stomach-drop moment. A fast reset for when comparison hijacks your thinking.

Jealousy Spike Reset

Anxiety lingering at night

Lying awake, replaying the day. A slow wind-down to rest with, whether or not sleep comes.

Sleep-Time Fade

No 40-hour course. No daily streaks. Press play, follow the voice, return to your day.

Questions

Before you decide

Is this therapy?

No. Calm the Moment is a set of self-help tools for the moment anxiety hits. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional mental-health care.

If anxiety is shaping most of your days, a therapist or counsellor can help in ways a recording cannot. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, in the US, or call Samaritans free on 116 123, 24/7, in the UK.

What do I actually get?

Five guided tools, one for each moment above: Emergency Calm, The 12-Minute Pause, Memory Fade, Jealousy Spike Reset and Sleep-Time Fade.

Each one is a calm voice with a breathing visual or a countdown, and you only ever need the one that fits the moment. Sleep-Time Fade is the longest, on purpose, because it is meant to be left running while you rest.

Is the free tool really free?

Yes. Leave your email at the top of this page and Emergency Calm is yours straight away. No card, no account.

We send a few short emails after that about the other tools. Every one has an unsubscribe link.

How do I get to the tools after I pay?

Straight away, in your library at app.relationshipanxiety.net. Sign in with the email you paid with and we send you a six digit code. No password, nothing to install, and it works on your phone.

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment, lifetime access. No streaks, no daily reminders, nothing to keep up with. Use a tool when you need it and ignore it when you don't.

What if it isn't for me?

Tell us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. The details are in the terms, and you can reach us from the contact page.

Do I have to be in a relationship?

No. The tools are built around moments, not relationship status. The urge to check, the replay at 2am and the comparison drop turn up while dating, in a relationship, and after one ends.

What happens to my email?

We use it to send what you asked for, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we never pass it to an ad platform. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) learn which pages you visited, whether you signed up and whether you bought, so we can see what works and measure our ads. If you decline, nothing is sent. Change your mind any time under Cookie settings. The privacy policy has the detail.
